"As a coeliac the breakfasts were great! I mentioned to the host sittings us that I was coeliac and the chef came over to talk through the menu, they were able to give gluten free full English (including gluten free sausages and hash browns)which they plated up out back to prevent any cross contamination from the buffet, they had gluten free toast, gluten free granola and gluten free muffins which were delicious, they chefs were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and helpful!"
