"As a coeliac the breakfasts were great! I mentioned to the host sittings us that I was coeliac and the chef came over to talk through the menu, they were able to give gluten free full English (including gluten free sausages and hash browns)which they plated up out back to prevent any cross contamination from the buffet, they had gluten free toast, gluten free granola and gluten free muffins which were delicious, they chefs were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and helpful!"

the breakfast was excellent , particularly the wide selection of options.
the air conditioning in my room was not effective , even with the provided pedestal fan. it was quite noisy , and unfortunately , the temperature remained above 20 degrees.

the staff were helpful and kind. the facilities seemed amazing. i especially liked the spacious, clean family room. the beds were comfortable.
the room was not serviced . i was told it was policy to service rooms until night 3, but i expected better for the price i paid. the rooms seem a bit dated. there was no fridge in the room. (i thought a fridge was standard in most hotels).

Breakfast included many great options for everyone. staff were helpful. i saw fans in each room. This was appreciated. there was also access to water bottle refills. the pool kept my son busy! i noticed spin dryers in the lockers. I think that speeded up drying time.
The room didn't have a fridge. It would have been useful on a hot day. i requested one, but it didn't arrive. there was also a cracked sink in the bathroom and no shower available. Just a bath.

i noticed the breakfast buffet offered many choices! the restaurant staff, including maggie, luluana, and josephine, kept the buffet in good condition, so i was very happy!

the hotel is nearby public transport! i learned that taking bus number 3 reaches the city center! also, the grounds offer a nice atmosphere and there is a good walk to the city.

the pool area has good facilities. it includes a sauna, hammam, and swimming pools. it is spacious, and my family had space for games. there is also an outside garden area, and a racecourse view.

i found very cute staff on my arrival there were lots of good parking spaces on site although it was chargeable.
the room was basic i noticed the hand basin was cracked there was no bottled water provided which i thought was unusual for a hotel of this rating. i saw no hooks anywhere so there was nowhere to hang wet towels or coats other than in the wardrobe it had been raining so the wardrobe wasn't suitable

The location was excellent. I found it quite convenient. The staff were very helpful and pleasant . The breakfast selection was great (especially the omelets!).
The parking fee felt unnecessary. I think it should be included. The room's air conditioning was not effective enough. The gym was smaller than expected. It lacked some equipment.
